If your are not happy with your purchase for any given reason, you can register a return by email within three working days after you have received the order. Mail to info@ikigaiastudio.com

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

 

After I receive your item, the money will be refunded to you.

 

If the item is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Please note that IKIGAIA is not responsible for the shipping costs returning the item. Make sure that the shipment is franked, otherwise it will not be accepted.

Sending parcels is always harmful to the environment, so be very sure of your purchase and I recommend that you always measure yourself first to determine your size accurately. With this I hope that your purchase only has to be on the road once!

Shipments to countries in Europe are sent with Mondal Relay or DPD. The shipping costs are between €11 and €21. This differs per country of destination. The exact shipping costs of your country can be seen in the payment overview.

 

The average delivery time for countries in Europe is 4 to 5 working days.

 

Shipping outside Europe is not possible (yet).

 

IKIGAIA is not responsible for any shipment delays after the package has been handed over.

 

A handling fee of €1 is added to every order.

This item is made out of a beautiful Linen blend fabric and 100 % natural fibers are used. Due to the mix with viscose fibers, this linen feels softer and more supple and is therefore more resistant to creases than 100% Linen.

 

The Linen blend fabric has the typical linen structure and a natural look. It is a medium heavy and full quality that feels pleasant on the skin.

40% Linen - 60% Viscose

 

 

In order to enjoy it as long as possible and to keep it in its best quality, please follow the instructions below.

 

Hand wash only, or if preferred, machine wash cold. Turn inside out. No bleach, no fabric softeners and use natural detergent. After washing, knock out the large wrinkles by gently smoothing it out. Lay flat to dry. Don't dry clean, don't tumble dry. A little iron steam from a short distance does its job best with this fabric or iron inside out on low heat.

A quick note to let you know that all the fabrics that I use are pre washed and pre shrunk before maintaining it. As a result, the shrinkage percentage is very minimal (less than 5%) but still possible. Often the garment is a bit stiff and tighter after washing, but will directly become more flexible after wearing it.
